Meet Christian
I believe in a direct, clear, and collaborative approach. I am here to support you on your journey of self-discovery. In our sessions, you'll find a safe space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I enjoy working with clients of various culturally diverse backgrounds, ages 13 to 65, navigating through life’s life's transitions. If you find yourself in need of additional support, wanting to do something different, and unsure how to go about it, I enjoy helping individuals be their authentic selves.
My Approach
I'm passionate about an integrative approach, drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused therapy. Everything is applied through a Person-Centered, Strengths-based, and culturally humble lens. This allows me to tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and preferences. Therapy is not “one size fits all” and I will not approach it that way with you.
I understand that seeking therapy can be a huge step and I am here to support you through this process. Together, we will work towards identifying your goals, exploring underlying patterns, and developing effective coping strategies to navigate your life's challenges. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and I am committed to helping you tap into your strengths and create solutions. Thank you for considering me to walk alongside you during this time in your life.
